Lifetime International Training College is taking the threat of Coronavirus (COVID-19) seriously and is concerned for all members of our college community.

Following the advice of the government particularly the Queensland Health and the Federal Department of Health, Lifetime has updated all staff members on how to closely monitor and manage the response of the college to the virus; and range of scenarios preparation should the virus impact directly in our college.

Lifetime is operating in line with COVID 19 regulatory recommendations via face to face, blended, and online to continually supports students in their studies.

All students and staff are strongly recommended to follow the advice of the Australian Government and to stay home unless: shopping for essentials, receiving medical care, exercising or travelling to work or education.

 

The health and wellbeing of our college and community is the primary priority of Lifetime, and we understand this has been a tough time for students and staff affected. Students who remain outside Australia are still in contact with Lifetime and continue to support through online study options and other forms of assistance. Lifetime also provides counselling to those staffs and students who are in distress because of this pandemic.

 

Lifetime continues to collaborate with industry, vocational and education training sector, government agencies and stakeholders to have an alert, cautious and vigilant approach to this changing situation. To protect against infections, everyone should practice good hand and respiratory hygiene measures.

Lifetime is implementing the use of body temperature scanner, hand washing regularly with soap and water or rubbing the hands using sanitizer. Social distancing for both staff and students is strictly practice in our college. Lifetime recommends to stay away at least 1.5 metres from people who are
